Who We Are

EmVenio Clinical Research was purpose-built to expand the reach of clinical trials by making research more accessible and inclusive. With services available in over 80 countries, we’ve supported more than 800 studies and conducted over 100,000 patient encounters — bringing trials directly to patients wherever they are.

Rooted in clinical expertise and compassionate care, EmVenio has a strong foundation in decentralized and mobile research. Originally founded in 2008 as PCM Trials, our mission has always been to deliver clinical trial visits to patients.

In 2024, PCM Trials acquired Clinical Trial Service and EmVenio Research, uniting all three organizations under one name in 2025: EmVenio Clinical Research.

Our integrated model combines mobile capabilities, community-based research solutions, and global infrastructure to deliver trials with greater reach and impact — benefiting both sponsors and patients.

EmVenio is a division of Professional Case Management (PCM), a privately held company founded in 1986 with over 5,000 employees worldwide and a long-standing commitment to clinical excellence. We are headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with our European division based in the Netherlands.

What We Do

EmVenio is a global leader in clinical research, committed to helping researchers make medical breakthroughs. Delivering consistent results and making research available for all starts with meeting patients where they are—in their homes, in their communities, or where they gather.

Through our mobile teams, virtual visits, and local research sites, we achieve precise, reliable data, and consistent results that meet and exceed research goals. We have research capabilities extending over 80 countries, enabling us to continually enroll populations others miss and create a more complete picture for scientific advancement.

Our Values

Our values are the foundation of everything we do. They inspire our mission to support the development of life-changing therapies that improve the quality of life for patients. These principles guide our decisions, shape our culture, and drive our commitment to excellence. We live by them—every day, in every action.
